A:一般情況下,我們會於3-10個工作天內發出貨品;寄出後需要1-2個工作天派件,若受促銷活動等受到影響,派送時間或有所延長,敬請見諒。
顧客單一訂單買滿HK$500可享免運費
暫時只能寄香港
若未滿HK$500 則需收取運費$30
可供自取的順豐站/智能櫃/營業點 (便利店、油站除外)
如需步行送上樓梯,例如大廈沒有電梯,或電梯不能直達的樓層,每層需加收人工附加費予速遞,如有需要請聯絡我們報價
如需加急派件,請預先聯絡我們,我們會盡力作出安排噢
送貨時間內客人未能按時收件,第二次送貨將會產生的額外費用需由客人自行承擔
Generally, we will dispatch goods within 3-10 working days; after shipping, delivery takes 1-2 working days. If affected by promotional activities, delivery time may be extended, please understand.

Currently only shipping to Hong Kong
Orders under HK$500 will incur a shipping fee of $30
Available for self-pickup at SF stations, smart lockers, or service points (excluding convenience stores and gas stations)
If stair climbing is required for delivery, such as buildings without elevators or floors not directly accessible by elevator, an additional manual handling fee will be charged per floor by the courier. Please contact us for a quote if needed
For urgent delivery, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to arrange it
If customers are unable to receive packages on time during delivery hours, any additional costs incurred for the second delivery attempt will be borne by the customer
