MIRA Jewelry (下稱「MIRA」) 由個人工作室擁有及營運。MIRA會員計劃(下稱「本計劃」)由MIRA管理及運作。參與本計劃即表示,申請人或MIRA會員(下稱「會員」或「會籍」)接受以下的條款及細則(及MIRA有絕對權利隨時修改之版本,下稱「條款」)所約束。

A. MIRA會員計劃及積分系統概覽
積分系統基礎設定
* 積分獲得: 每消費$1 = 1積分
* 積分兌換率: 25積分 = $1
* 使用限制: 每張訂單最多可用積分抵扣總額的20%
* 積分有效期: 1年


會員等級劃分
本計劃會籍共分4個等級,各級會員享有不同禮遇及權益:

* 申請條件:0門檻註冊
* 會籍有效期:12個月
* 年度折扣:無
* 生日積分:250積分
* 迎新獎賞:註冊送250積分

* 申請條件:GREEN會籍有效期內消費滿$500或以上
* 會籍有效期:12個月
* 年度折扣:95折
* 生日積分:500積分
* 續會條件:會籍有效期內消費滿$300或以上
* 如不達標:降至GREEN CARD

🥇 GOLD CARD (金會員)
* 申請條件:SILVER會籍有效期內消費滿$1,100或以上
* 會籍有效期:12個月
* 年度折扣:9折
* 生日積分:750積分
* 續會條件:會籍有效期內消費滿$600或以上
* 如不達標:降至GREEN CARD

💎 PEARL CARD (珍珠會員)
* 申請條件:GOLD會籍有效期內消費滿$1,800或以上
* 會籍有效期:12個月
* 年度折扣:85折
* 生日積分:1000積分
* 續會條件:會籍有效期內消費滿$800或以上
* 如不達標:降至SILVER CARD

推薦計劃
* 被推薦人權益: 註冊即獲得150積分
* 推薦人獎勵: 基本獎勵150積分

B. 會籍申請
申請流程
* 申請人於MIRA網店(mira-jewelry.com)註冊即可成為GREEN CARD會員
* 會員登記須提供真實而準確的資料
* 申請人須於完成申請後24小時內驗證登記電郵地址

申請要求
* 每個有效之手提電話號碼及電郵地址只可登記會員一次
* 申請人必須使用正確有效的香港手機號碼進行登記
* 申請人必須是登記手機號碼的合法擁有人
* 每人只可申請及持有一個會員帳戶
* 申請人必須年滿十二歲;如未滿十八歲,應於申請前先獲得父母或監護人的同意

申請處理
* MIRA將不會處理任何不完整或不準確資料的申請,並保留絕對權利拒絕接受任何會籍申請,而無須給予任何理由
* 申請資料及電郵地址驗證完成後,申請人將於24小時內收到會籍迎新電郵及獲發會員號碼,會籍始生效並即時獲得250積分迎新獎勵

C. 會籍使用及積分管理

合資格消費定義
「合資格消費」包括申請人於MIRA官方網店及Instagram商店的消費,不包括第三方平台的消費。消費扣除其他優惠及折扣後之賬單總額計算。
積分賺取及使用
* 會員於每次合資格消費可按$1 = 1積分的比例賺取積分
* 積分可按25積分 = $1的比例兌換現金折扣
* 每張訂單最多可用積分抵扣總額的20%
* 積分有效期為1年,逾期自動失效

消費記錄
* 會員本人必須於付款前出示會員帳戶或於網上訂購時登入會員帳戶,以記錄累積消費及賺取積分
* 整項交易只可登記於一個會員帳戶,不可分拆
* 在任何情況下恕不接受後補消費紀錄
* 會員帳戶內之累積消費及積分紀錄將於完成交易記錄後24小時內更新
* 一切紀錄以MIRA的紀錄為準,不得異議

會員權益使用
* 會員帳戶只供會員本人使用,不得轉讓予他人
* 除非另有規定,會員禮遇不可與其他優惠、折扣、現金禮券同時使用
* 會員折扣及積分使用都必須透過登入會員帳戶進行

積分管理
* 積分不可出售、購買、轉贈或轉移給其他會員帳戶,亦不可兌換現金
* 會員帳戶內之積分紀錄以MIRA的紀錄為準,不得異議
* 如MIRA認為會員帳戶有被盜用或消費有欺詐之嫌疑,MIRA保留扣除積分的權利

積分扣除權利
MIRA保留權利在下列情況下從會員帳戶內扣除積分:
* 任何涉嫌被會員以欺詐方式記錄或賺取的積分
* 任何錯誤記錄之積分
* 任何與已取消及/或已退款之交易有關之積分

D. 會籍升級、降級及續會
升級條件
* GREEN CARD會員於會籍有效期內累積消費達$500或以上,即可升級為SILVER CARD
* SILVER CARD會員於會籍有效期內累積消費達$1,100或以上,即可升級為GOLD CARD
* GOLD CARD會員於會籍有效期內累積消費達$1,800或以上,即可升級為PEARL CARD

續會及降級條件
* SILVER CARD會員需於會籍有效期內累積消費達$300或以上方可續會,否則降至GREEN CARD
* GOLD CARD會員需於會籍有效期內累積消費達$600或以上方可續會,否則降至GREEN CARD
* PEARL CARD會員需於會籍有效期內累積消費達$800或以上方可續會,否則降至SILVER CARD

自動更新
* 會籍升級、降級及續會由系統根據累積消費金額自動處理
* 會員不能選擇不升級或不降級
* 會員可通過MIRA官方網頁查看會籍狀態及有效期
* MIRA將在會籍屆滿前向會員發送相關通知

生日積分
各級會員將於生日月份獲得相應生日積分獎勵,積分將自動存入會員帳戶。

E. 會籍失效與終止
會員主動終止
會員可隨時以書面通知MIRA終止其會籍。所有未使用的積分、優惠、禮遇將在會籍終止時予註銷。

MIRA終止權利
* 如有任何違反本條款及細則,MIRA單方面認為會員濫用本計劃的優惠,或在未經授權、欺詐或其他非法方式的情況下使用會員帳戶,MIRA保留終止或暫停會籍和/或撤銷會員已賺取或累積的所有積分的權利,無論是否給予通知
* 在該情況下,MIRA對由此造成的任何損失或損害不承擔任何責任,並有權採取行動要求補償因任何違反MIRA會員計劃之行為而導致MIRA遭受的任何損失或損害
* MIRA保留絕對權利於任何時間,終止MIRA會員計劃及/或其運作,無須給予任何理由。申請人或會員之一切權益及/或優惠即告終止。MIRA將不會承擔因此而引致的任何損失或損害

F. 其他條款
退換政策
基於衛生理由,除非商品有品質問題,否則恕不接受退換。 建議購買前仔細查看產品尺寸說明。每張訂單僅限提供一次退換服務。

最終解釋權
如有任何爭議,MIRA Jewelry保留最終決定權。

MIRA Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as "MIRA") is owned and operated by an individual studio. The MIRA Membership Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") is managed and operated by MIRA. Participation in the Program indicates that the applicant or MIRA member (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "membership") accepts to be bound by the following terms and conditions (and versions that MIRA has absolute right to modify at any time, hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

A. MIRA Membership Program and Points System Overview
Points System Basic Settings
* Points Earning: Every $1 spent = 1 point
* Points Redemption Rate: 25 points = $1
* Usage Limit: Maximum 20% of total order amount can be paid with points per order
* Points Validity: 1 year

Membership Tier Classification The Program consists of 4 membership tiers, with each tier enjoying different privileges and benefits:

🟢 GREEN CARD (Basic Member)
* Application Requirements: 0 threshold registration
* Membership Validity: 12 months
* Annual Discount: None
* Birthday Points: 250 points
* Welcome Bonus: 250 points upon registration

🥈 SILVER CARD (Silver Member)
* Application Requirements: Spend $500 or more during GREEN membership validity period
* Membership Validity: 12 months
* Annual Discount: 5% off
* Birthday Points: 500 points
* Renewal Requirements: Spend $300 or more during membership validity period
* If requirements not met: Downgrade to GREEN CARD

🥇 GOLD CARD (Gold Member)
* Application Requirements: Spend $1,100 or more during SILVER membership validity period
* Membership Validity: 12 months
* Annual Discount: 10% off
* Birthday Points: 750 points
* Renewal Requirements: Spend $600 or more during membership validity period
* If requirements not met: Downgrade to GREEN CARD

💎 PEARL CARD (Pearl Member)
* Application Requirements: Spend $1,800 or more during GOLD membership validity period
* Membership Validity: 12 months
* Annual Discount: 15% off
* Birthday Points: 1000 points
* Renewal Requirements: Spend $800 or more during membership validity period
* If requirements not met: Downgrade to SILVER CARD

Referral Program
* Referee Benefits: 150 points upon registration
* Referrer Rewards: Basic reward of 150 points

B. Membership Application

Application Process
* Applicants can become GREEN CARD members by registering on the MIRA online store (mira-jewelry.com)
* Member registration must provide true and accurate information
* Applicants must verify their registered email address within 24 hours of completing the application
Application Requirements
* Each valid mobile phone number and email address can only register for membership once
* Applicants must use a correct and valid Hong Kong mobile phone number for registration
* Applicants must be the legal owner of the registered mobile phone number
* Each person may only apply for and hold one member account
* Applicants must be at least twelve years old; if under eighteen, should obtain consent from parents or guardians before applying
Application Processing
* MIRA will not process any applications with incomplete or inaccurate information and reserves absolute right to refuse any membership application without giving any reason
* After application information and email verification are completed, applicants will receive a membership welcome email and member number within 24 hours, at which point membership becomes effective and immediately receives 250 welcome bonus points

C. Membership Usage and Points Management
Eligible Spending Definition "Eligible spending" includes applicant's purchases at MIRA's official online store and Instagram shop, excluding third-party platform purchases. Calculated based on total bill amount after deducting other offers and discounts.
Points Earning and Usage
* Members can earn points at a rate of $1 = 1 point for each eligible purchase
* Points can be redeemed for cash discounts at a rate of 25 points = $1
* Maximum 40% of total order amount can be paid with points per order
* Points are valid for 1 year and automatically expire after that
Spending Records
* Members must present their member account before payment or log into their member account when ordering online to record accumulated spending and earn points
* Entire transaction can only be registered to one member account and cannot be split
* No retroactive spending records will be accepted under any circumstances
* Accumulated spending and points records in member accounts will be updated within 24 hours after transaction completion
* All records are subject to MIRA's records and cannot be disputed

Member Benefits Usage
* Member accounts are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to others
* Unless otherwise specified, member privileges cannot be used simultaneously with other offers, discounts, or cash vouchers
* Member discounts and points usage must be done through logging into the member account

Points Management
* Points cannot be sold, purchased, gifted, or transferred to other member accounts, nor can they be exchanged for cash
* Points records in member accounts are subject to MIRA's records and cannot be disputed
* If MIRA believes a member account has been stolen or spending is suspected of fraud, MIRA reserves the right to deduct points
 
Points Deduction Rights MIRA reserves the right to deduct points from member accounts in the following situations:
* Any points suspected to be recorded or earned by members through fraudulent means
* Any incorrectly recorded points
* Any points related to cancelled and/or refunded transactions

D. Membership Upgrades, Downgrades, and Renewals
Upgrade Conditions
* GREEN CARD members who accumulate $500 or more in spending during membership validity period can upgrade to SILVER CARD
* SILVER CARD members who accumulate $1,100 or more in spending during membership validity period can upgrade to GOLD CARD
* GOLD CARD members who accumulate $1,800 or more in spending during membership validity period can upgrade to PEARL CARD
Renewal and Downgrade Conditions
* SILVER CARD members need to accumulate $300 or more in spending during membership validity period to renew, otherwise downgrade to GREEN CARD
* GOLD CARD members need to accumulate $600 or more in spending during membership validity period to renew, otherwise downgrade to GREEN CARD
* PEARL CARD members need to accumulate $800 or more in spending during membership validity period to renew, otherwise downgrade to SILVER CARD

Automatic Updates
* Membership upgrades, downgrades, and renewals are automatically processed by the system based on accumulated spending amounts
* Members cannot choose not to upgrade or downgrade
* Members can check membership status and validity period through MIRA's official website
* MIRA will send relevant notifications to members before membership expires

Birthday Points Members of all tiers will receive corresponding birthday point rewards during their birthday month, which will be automatically deposited into their member accounts.

E. Membership Expiration and Termination
Member-Initiated Termination Members may terminate their membership at any time with written notice to MIRA. All unused points, offers, and privileges will be cancelled upon membership termination.

MIRA's Termination Rights
* For any violation of these terms and conditions, if MIRA unilaterally believes members are abusing the Program's benefits, or using member accounts in unauthorized, fraudulent, or other illegal ways, MIRA reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership and/or revoke all points earned or accumulated by members, whether or not notice is given
* In such cases, MIRA assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages caused thereby and has the right to take action to demand compensation for any losses or damages suffered by MIRA due to any violations of the MIRA membership program
* MIRA reserves absolute right to terminate the MIRA membership program and/or its operations at any time without giving any reason. All rights and/or benefits of applicants or members shall immediately terminate. MIRA will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting therefrom

F. Other Terms
Return and Exchange Policy For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there are quality issues with the products. It is recommended to carefully review product size descriptions before purchasing. Only one return/exchange service is provided per order.
Final Interpretation Rights In case of any disputes, MIRA Jewelry reserves the right to make final decisions.
